The leader of the separatists stated this in an interview with one of the Russian radio stations. Earlier, Shoygu reported at an expanded meeting of the Defenсe Ministry board with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation that, allegedly, "tanks with unidentified chemical components have been delivered to the cities of Avdiivka and Krasnyi Lyman to carry out provocations". Pushilin promptly reacted to the unsubstantiated statement and played along with the Russian defence minister. "This country has become a testing ground for external players' experiments, and its residents – hostages of the current situation. Unfortunately, following the lead of the so-called partners, official Kyiv is ready to sacrifice not only the citizens of the DNR and LNR, but also its residents living in the territory", - Pushilin stated helpfully.

A fire broke out in a residential area in the Kalininskyi district of occupied Horlivka. This was reported by the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DNR". A three-room apartment on the second floor of a two-story building along Bohomolets Street caught fire. "Rescuers carried a man born in 1958 out of one apartment to the fresh air and a man born in 1981 out of another down a flight of stairs. The injured were hospitalized in a health care facility", - the message said. They promise to supply water on December 22. Earlier, Luhanskvoda repeatedly cut off the centralized water supply to Rovenky due to accidents at the main water pipeline. In addition, voltage drops in the power grid led to interruptions in the supply of water in Luhansk and Sorokyne (Krasnodon) district.
