GPOU has not seen a crime in Poroshenko’s actions on offshores

General Prosecutor 's Office hasn’t seen corpus delicti in the actions of President Petro Poroshenko after reviewing the information in the media about the presence of his offshore companies in Panama. This was stated by the prosecutor of the General Prosecutor 's Office Vladislav Kutsenko, - reports Ukrainski Novyny.

"After reviewing the information in the media about the alleged illegal activities of the President, the prosecution authorities hasn’t seen any corpus delicti", - he said.

According to him, the Prosecutor General receives appeal of the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with the requirement to deal with the information published in the media and to start an investigation.

Kutsenko noted that the prosecuting authorities, according to the Constitution, did not have such powers and recommended to appeal to the Rada because it has the power to investigate this issue.

As previously reported, Anna Babinets’ investigation "Double Life of President" for Slіdstvo.Іnfo programme said that the President Petro Poroshenko had not t transferred his assets to the trust but istarted restructuring of Roshen assets by creating three offshore companies.
