The occupiers intend to cover the shortage of workers at the Ukrainian enterprises of CADO seized by the militants by attracting students who are supposedly undergoing "paid internship". This is reported by the separatist Telegram channels.

"Now we are closely working with young people. We have visited all specialized universities, technical schools and colleges. Yevgeniy Yurchenko made a decision to invite the guys to our enterprise for the paid practice", - manager of the Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works Alexander Kovalenko stated.

In October, seven largest enterprises of the metallurgical and by-product coking industries in CADLO, previously located in the orbit of ZAO Vneshtorgservis, were transferred to the Southern Mining and Metallurgical Complex of Russian entrepreneur Yevgeniy Yurchenko.

As reported, due to the chronic non-payment of wages and their insufficient size, qualified specialists massively resign from the enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex. Earlier, occupation authorities of the "DNR" recognized the lack of teaching staff in the fake "universities" of CADO. Similar problems are observed in the health care system.
