In the area of the Joint Forces Operation on November 24, the armed formations of the Russian Federation recorded 5 violations of the ceasefire, one of which was with the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, - the JFO headquarters reported. The enemy fired from heavy anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns not far from the Butivka mine. The enemy used grenade launchers of various systems and large-caliber machine guns in the direction of Kamianka. Russian mercenaries opened fire from the armament of infantry fighting vehicles, grenade launchers of various systems and large-caliber machine guns in the direction of New York. The enemy troops fired from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers near Luhanske. The occupiers fired at the border control post of the first defense line, which is part of the Marinka checkpoint, from 82 mm mortars. There are no casualties among the military personnel of the Joint Forces as a result of the enemy actions. Ukrainian defenders opened fire in return without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements and forced the enemy to stop shelling.

Occupiers of the so-called "LNR" systematically do not allow the OSCE SMM patrols to enter the uncontrolled territory. This was said in the operational report of the Mission. It noted that on Tuesday alone, CALO armed formations did not allow SMM patrols to enter non-government-controlled areas three times: near Zolote, Stanytsia Luhanska and Molodizhne.

Another 1028 cases of coronavirus were detected in the occupied territory of Donetsk region over the day. These are the data of the so-called "Ministry of Health of the DNR". There are currently 14 200 patients undergoing treatment (inpatient and outpatient). 7922 people died since the beginning of the pandemic. 91 cases of "usual" pneumonia were also identified during the day. Of these, 56 patients required hospitalization. In total, 1993 patients with pneumonia are being treated, of which 1159 are on oxygen support (+33 over the day).

Doctors registered 10 more deaths from COVID-19 in the occupied Luhansk region over the day, separatist media wrote. Thus, doctors "officially" registered 2872 deaths of patients diagnosed with coronavirus in CALO since the beginning of the pandemic.

Occupation authorities of the so-called "DNR" decided to raise the threshold for the percentage calculation of the part of salary that can be forcibly collected from workers for the debts on utilities. The Donetsk residents wrote this in the local segment of social networks. Residents of CADO reported that if there is a debt for utilities, now they can deduct a lump sum of up to 50% from the income of debtors instead of 20%, as it was before. At the same time, this refers to any type of income - salaries, pensions, scholarships or fees. The townspeople wrote in the comments that "life is getting better and more fun" under the occupation "life is getting better and funnier", and the forced collection of debts will probably "go to the development of housing and utilities infrastructure and oil industry in the region".

Occupiers of the so-called "DNR" boasted that they were preparing to cooperate with business from Syria, which caused a stream of ironic comments in local publics. According to separatist media, a meeting of entrepreneurs from CADO and Syria to discuss ways of interaction may take place before the end of this year. Residents of CADO ridiculed such statements of the occupiers: "Donetsk could not even dream of such successes in 201…"; "Poor Syrians, they have suffered much enough, what do they need Phoenix for?"; "Finally, MOLOKO in Damascus"; "Nicaragua was forgotten"; "This is a victory! Ukrainians, look how we can! Now people from Transnistria and Abkhazia will come, and we will begin to live!!!".

The victim of a grenade explosion in the Kyivskyi district of occupied Donetsk died. Separatist media wrote this with reference to the so-called "DNR Ministry of Health". The occupiers still do not provide details of the state of emergency. It is only known that, as Alexey Kulemzin, who calls himself the "head of the administration" of Donetsk, wrote, a grenade was detonated in the Kyivskyi district in the morning of November 24, and there were two victims of the incident. Local publics wrote that this referred to young men of about 27 years old, and both of them later died.
