In the area of the Joint Forces Operation on November 15, 6 violations of the ceasefire were recorded by the armed formations of the Russian Federation, - the JFO headquarters reported. The occupiers fired at our positions from heavy anti-tank and under-barrel grenade launchers not far from Zolote-4. The enemy opened fire from grenade launchers of various systems in the area of Svitlodarsk. Russian mercenaries fired from heavy anti-tank grenade launchers near Novozvanivka. The enemy troops fired from heavy anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms near Talakivka. The enemy twice opened fire from grenade launchers of various systems and large-caliber machine guns in the direction of Popasna. There are no casualties among the military personnel of the Joint Forces as a result of the enemy actions. Ukrainian defenders returned fire and forced the enemy to stop shelling.

Leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik stated that the "republics" would no longer supply coal and electricity to Ukraine. He refuted his own statement that CALO was ready to consider allegedly Kyiv's proposals in an interview with Russian media. As previously reported, separatist and Russian propaganda spread a fake, according to which Ukraine asked the occupation authorities of Donbas to consider the issue of "commercial procurement" of energy sources to the controlled territory. As part of the promotion of this disinformation, Leonid Pasechnik announced his readiness to consider "options for cooperation". However, after the information that the alleged request from Ukraine was refuted, the leader of the "LNR" changed his rhetoric. "Kyiv wanted to agree on the supply of electricity without ringing any alarm bells: No prices and no conditions were discussed. Kyiv was interested in organizing supplies of electricity and coal to them below the radar, because they have an energy crisis in the country and are on the verge of rolling blackouts", - he came up with a new version of the fake news. "We are well aware that for more than seven years of the war, we, entangled by previous economic obligations, unwittingly supported the economy of the state that was killing us. Now this practice has been suppressed. Either peace on our terms, or… the attempt to "solve the problem of Donbas" by force, that is, Ukraine's bloody withdrawal from the Minsk agreements with predictable consequences for it - up to the dismantling of this state formation", - the "LNR" leader stated belligerently.

Having closed about 50 mines in the Donbas, the occupiers of the Russian Federation left local residents without benefits for receiving domestic coal, and people have no money to buy it from the owners of small illegal coalmines. This was written by the Eastern Human Rights Group (EHRG). "A "coal rush" began in CADLO with the beginning of the heating season. Due to the fact that most villages and small settlements in CADLO are not supplied with gas and a large number of CADLO mines were closed in 2020, local residents are forced to buy coal from small illegal coalmines. "Entrepreneurs" engaged in illegal coal mining in CADLO work under the auspices of the "LNR" and "DNR" militants, - the human rights activists wrote. According to them, now the price of household fuel for the population ranges from $49to $69 rubles per ton. The human rights activists recalled that earlier, pensioners-miners were allocated coal as a provision of benefit and, accordingly, local residents were not buying coal so actively. "Now when more than 47 mines have been closed, the mining towns are completely left without household fuel supplies", - the report said. "This is one of the schemes of earning money from coal mining (small illegal coalmines) for the "LNR" and "DNR" illegal armed formations, but the majority of the population in the villages cannot buy coal for $49-69 and switched to firewood", - the Eastern Human Rights Group stated.

18 691 patients with COVID-19 are currently undergoing treatment (inpatient and outpatient) in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast. These are the data of the fake "DNR Ministry of Health" as of November 15. In total, the occupiers counted 96 942 cases of coronavirus infection during the pandemic. Of these, 7444 cases were fatal. CADO did not conduct research on COVID-19 on November 14, since the only laboratory was closed for disinfection. 89 cases of "usual" pneumonia were detected over the day, of which 44 patients were hospitalized. In total, 2865 patients with pneumonia are being treated, of which 1579 are on oxygen support (+40 over the day).

Doctors registered 17 more deaths from COVID-19 in the occupied Luhansk region over the day. Thus, doctors "officially" registered 2742 deaths of patients diagnosed with coronavirus in CALO since the beginning of the pandemic.
