Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree recognizing goods produced in the occupied Donbas as legal. The text of the decree is posted on the Official Internet portal of legal information.

The head of the Kremlin called this step "humanitarian support" for CADLO.

The decree obliges to recognize in Russia certificates of goods origin issued in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts and allow them on an equal basis with Russian ones for the state procurement.

The Russian government has been instructed to take a number of measures within a month to soften the conditions for admitting goods from the occupied territories to Russian markets.

It is indicative that the term "certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine" in Russian and separatist news, defined by the Minsk agreements and used by the President of the Russian Federation, is manipulatively replaced by the "DNR" and "LNR". No "republics" are mentioned in V.Putin's decree.
