There are problems with the mobile communication of the "DNR" Phoenix operator in the occupied part of territory of the Donetsk oblast. This is written the local segment of social networks on November 10.

The residents of CADO write that the communication is either completely absent, or "works half the time".

"I cannot check my calls, SMS, or even the balance"; "It works half the time. I talked to my mother, I cannot get through to my husband"; "When dialing, they say "the service is unavailable" or "blocked", "It never happened, and here it is again. With the increase in tariffs by 2 times, the problems with communication should increase in the same equivalent", - the townspeople write.

They also report that the mobile Internet and My Phoenix in Telegram are not working.

As reported by OstroV, CADO reported that the Phoenix subscribers would be left without mobile Internet on the night of November 10, but the maintenance was to be completed before 6:00.
