Almost 26.5 thousand new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Ukraine

26 488 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

26 488 people fell ill over the past day, including 1654 children and 488 health workers. 5497 people were hospitalized and 696 – died.

13 281 people recovered on November 4.

148 001 tests were carried over the past day, of which 71 870 – by PCR, 21 173 – by EIA and 54 958 – by rapid antigen tests.

3 032 951 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2 492 419 patients recovered and 70 842 people died.

The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in Kyiv (1772), the Dnipropetrovsk (2388), Lviv (1758), Kharkiv (1733) and Odesa (1648) oblasts.
