In the area of the Joint Forces Operation on November 4, the armed formations of the Russian Federation violated the ceasefire three times, two of which - with the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, - the JFO headquarters reported. The enemy opened fire twice from 82 mm mortars near Marinka. The enemy fired from automatic heavy grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and other small arms in the direction of Popasna. Our defenders opened fire in return without using weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements, thereby forcing the enemy to stop firing.

Occupation authorities of CADO recognized a shortage of personnel in the health care system. This was stated by Denis Strelchenko, who calls himself the acting "Minister of Labor and Social Policy", - separatist media reported. According to him, the industry lacks more than 2 thousand medical workers. "In general, there is a shortage of 2154 people. Specifically, the need for doctors is 1200 people, there are 510 vacancies for nurses and about 100 – for junior medical staff", - Strelchenko stated. In addition, he added, there are not enough builders, drivers and metallurgists in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast.

Another 875 cases of COVID-19 were detected in the occupied Donetsk region over the day, - the fake "DNR Ministry of Health" reported. In addition, 97 patients died over the day. 16 770 patients are undergoing treatment (inpatient and outpatient). 191 cases of "usual" pneumonia were also detected over the day, which is 8 cases more than in the previous day. Of these, 119 patients were hospitalized. In total, 3330 patients with pneumonia are being treated, of which 1721 are on oxygen support (+76 over the day).

Doctors registered 23 more deaths in the occupied Luhansk region over the past day. Separatist media wrote this.

Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin told why the former home stadium of FC Shakhtar Donbas Arena in occupied Donetsk does not work "at full capacity". The leader of the separatists told this in an interview with a Russian Internet news outlet. According to him, there are no large-scale events that could be held at the stadium, although there are "ideas that I would not like to talk about in advance". And the "budget of the republic" cannot afford maintaining the stadium. "Well, of course, this is a matter of maintaining the stadium too. This is tens of millions of rubles a month when it operates at full capacity. There are not many enterprises… the "state" resources, based on the budget formation in a given period of time, in order to apply funds toward the Donbas Arena. But this does not mean that we do not have this in our plans. Of course we have, and with the development of the economy, we are going to gradually launch and bring Donbas Arena to full capacity", - Pushilin frankly lied.

Pupils of the first to fourth grades in CADO will switch to distance learning from November 8. The corresponding "order" was issued by the so-called "DNR Education Ministry". The "order" says that the teaching format will be "solely using e-learning and distance learning technologies for students in grades 1-4 08.11.2021 through 28.11.2021". Earlier, the occupiers reported that all students, except for the elementary grades, would switch to the "distance learning" system.
