Occupation authorities of CADO recognized a shortage of personnel in the health care system. This was stated by Denis Strelchenko, who calls himself the acting "Minister of Labor and Social Policy", - separatist media reported. According to him, the industry lacks more than 2 thousand medical workers. "In general, there is a shortage of 2154 people. Specifically, the need for doctors is 1200 people, there are 510 vacancies for nurses and about 100 – for junior medical staff", - Strelchenko stated. The leader of the separatists told this in an interview with a Russian Internet news outlet. And the "budget of the republic" cannot afford maintaining the stadium. "Well, of course, this is a matter of maintaining the stadium too. Pupils of the first to fourth grades in CADO will switch to distance learning from November 8. The corresponding "order" was issued by the so-called "DNR Education Ministry". The "order" says that the teaching format will be "solely using e-learning and distance learning technologies for students in grades 1-4 08.11.2021 through 28.11.2021". Earlier, the occupiers reported that all students, except for the elementary grades, would switch to the "distance learning" system.
