Delegation of Russian Federation in TCG still cannot explain what it means by term "Minsk agreements" - Harmash

The Russian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group still cannot explain what it means by the term "Minsk agreements". Representative of Ukraine in the TCG Serhiy Harmash wrote this on his Facebook following the results of the TCG meeting on October 27.

"Well, we have not still received an answer from the Russian party which documents it means by the term "Minsk agreements". The TCG instructed a political working group to develop an action plan in accordance with the Minsk agreements, but Russia turns itself inside out not to confess what it considers the Minsk agreements to be", - Harmash reported.

According to him, deputy head of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG Oleksandr Merezhko had to address this question to special representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Mikko Kinnunen.

"We are waiting for explanations from him. Otherwise, how can we develop something in accordance with the Minsk agreements, if we do not know what the TCG members mean by this term", - Harmash concluded.
