Leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik ordered to call 300 residents of the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast "liable for conscription" for "military conscription". This was said in the "decree" of the leader. He instructed the so-called "people's militia" "to conduct from November 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022, activities for compulsory training in military registration specialties of soldiers and sergeants in the people's militia of the LNR male citizens aged 18 to 27 years, who are liable for military duty or not, but obliged to be liable for military duty, and not in the reserve". In total, 3891 patients with pneumonia are undergoing treatment, of which 1810 are on oxygen support (+132 over the day).

Doctors registered another 253 cases of coronavirus infection in the occupied Luhansk region over the day, separatist media wrote. 42 more deaths were also reported over the past day.
