Ukrainian journalist Andriy Tsaplienko has showed a video of arrest of the "LNR" militant Kosyak, who was hiding behind the status of a "representative" in the JCCC. The video shows that the militant was armed with a gun and his armor vest was Russian-made. Luhansk oblast, October 13, 2021
