PHOTOFACT: Decay of business center built by Yanukovych shown in occupied Donetsk

The 25-storey Pivhichny business center in occupied Donetsk, built before the war by Oleksandr Yanukovych's company, is taking on sleazy appearance. It was reported back in 2019 that the first floor of the business center was flooded with groundwater from mine workings.
