Russia has counted about 200 thousand residents of CADLO who voted in the State Duma election. Kirill Vyshinsky, a former Ukrainian journalist and collaborationist, now member of the Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (Russia), announced this figure at a briefing on Sunday.

According to him, more than 150 thousand Donbas residents with Russian passports voted remotely.

"According to the information provided by the CEC, it can be obtained empirically … more than 150 thousand people voted by 15:45. This figure is very approximate, it shows how the Donbas voted remotely", - he said.

In addition, according to him, residents of the Donbas could vote at 15 polling stations in the Rostov oblast. "The flow is huge. More than 1.4 thousand trips - about 800 from the DNR and 600 from the LNR were organized within three days so that people could come and vote in person", - Vyshinsky said.

According to his calculations, within three days, a section of the Ukrainian-Russian border uncontrolled by the legal authorities was crossed daily by 10 to 15 thousand people who illegally obtained passports of the Russian Federation for the purpose of voting in the election to the State Duma.

As previously reported, the CADLO authorities, had organized an unprecedented campaign in the use of administrative resources with the support of the Kremlin to force the residents of the Donbas to participate in the parliamentary election of a foreign country.
