President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has fired head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Valeriy Kondratiuk. This was reported on the president's website.
Zelensky dismissed Kondratiuk from the SVR post by decree No.301/2021. No reasons were given.
The President appointed Major General of the reserve and Director of the National Institute for Strategic Studies Oleksandr Lytvynenko in his place by decree No.303/2021
