No democracy in the world has such a "cancer tumour" as corruption in Ukraine – Biden

To fight against corruption, the scale of which in Ukraine cannot be compared to any democratic country, it is needed to implement reform. This was stated by Vice President Joe Biden today at the session of the Ukrainian parliament – reports the correspondent of OstroV.

"I never tell people in other countries what they should do, but you cannot find any democracy in the world where the cancer of corruption thrives to such an extent. You cannot find even one such country", - said he.

According to him, "you cannot just establish the Bureau on fighting against corruption", you need reforms. "The oligarchs or not oligarchs must all act by according to the same rules. Everyone should pay taxes", - said J. Biden.
