The enemy unmanned aerial vehicle of the Orlan-10 type flew by crossing the demarcation line on the border of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts. There are no combat losses among our defenders. The Ukrainian military returned fire to the shelling of the Russian occupation forces.
The CEC of Russia confirmed that electronic voting in the election to the State Duma was organized specially for residents of the occupied Donbas with the Russian Federation passports. A similar statement was made by Deputy Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulyaev, - Russian media reported. According to him, Donbas is a kind of "beginner's exercise" in organizing remote voting of Russians abroad. The introduction of electronic voting for persons who have received Russian citizenship under simplified procedure will allow the development of such a method of voting for all Russians living abroad, - Bulayev stated. An experiment in remote electronic voting, conducted within the framework of election to the State Duma, will allow drawing conclusions about its future in Russia, - he added. Election to the State Duma of the Russian Federation will be held in September 2021.
Occupation authorities of the "DNR" announced the establishment of a "state defense industry" corporation ALMAZ. This was said in the "decree" of leader of the fake "republic" Denis Pushilin. It was noted that the "corporation" would ensure "the implementation of the policy in the defense industry". Occupation authorities have quite ambitious plans: the "corporation" will allegedly be engaged in "the development, production and assistance in the development, production and export of military, civil and dual-use goods". Its structure includes Topaz, the Donetsk state-owned plant of chemical products, the Makiivka State Design Institute and other enterprises stolen from the legitimate Ukrainian owners.
