Impostor from "LNR" offended that OSCE coordinator told truth and did not recognize CADLO as a party to the conflict in Donbas

The OSCE subgroup coordinator Sharlotta Relande has refused to recognize CADLO as a party to the armed conflict in the Donbas. Olga Kobtseva, who calls herself a "representative of the LNR", reported this with indignation.

The self-proclaimed "participant in the negotiations" was unhappy with the fact that "during the discussion of issues on the agenda of the humanitarian subgroup, Relander stated that the parties to the negotiation process were Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE, excluding the Republics of Donba".

Allegedly, according to her, "such a statement is a violation of the monitoring mission mandate".

"Today's meeting of the humanitarian group in the framework of the videoconference due to the destructive position of the group coordinator in the person of Ms. Relander was a step back, a step that brought naught the previously done work and previously reached agreements, which allowed the Ukrainian party to get away from dialogue with representatives of the Republics", - Kobtseva groundlessly stated.

A joint statement of 46 UN countries on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of adoption by the UN General Assembly of the resolution on the territorial integrity of Ukraine maintains that it is Russia that is a party to the conflict in the Donbas. No "republics" appear in the Minsk agreements at all and are not participants in the negotiations.
