Occupiers of the "DNR" do not allow the OSCE SMM patrols to survey settlements which separatist propaganda called targets of shelling by the AFU. This is said in the daily report of the Mission as of July 14.

It is noted that the SMM monitors twice tried to verify the information about fire damage to certain locations, voiced by the "DNR" propagandists. However, they were denied passage both times.

"At a checkpoint of the armed formations near Staromykhailivka (non-governmentcontrolled, 15km west of Donetsk), an armed member of the armed formations twice denied the SMM passage westwards, citing "the unstable security situation". As a result of these denials, the Mission was unable to conduct an impact site assessment in the area", - the OSCE SMM report said.

Similar situation was recorded by the Mission near the occupied village of Shevchenko (69km south of Donetsk). "Two armed members of the armed formations denied the SMM passage citing "ongoing roadworks in the area". As a result of this denial, the Mission was unable to conduct an impact site assessment in the area", - the SMM reported

While at the checkpoint, the Mission saw traffic passing through in both directions.
