The occupiers fired from automatic heavy grenade launchers and heavy machine guns not far from Pivdenne twice. The armed formations of the Russian Federation fired at the Ukrainian positions with 82-caliber mortars and heavy anti-tank grenade launchers near Troitske. The enemy opened fire from 120-caliber mortars near the settlement of Vodiane located close to Donetsk. The enemy fired at the positions of the Ukrainian defenders from 122 mm artillery in the area of Taramchuk. The shelling also damaged the civilian infrastructure of the settlement. The enemy unmanned aerial vehicle of the Orlan-10 type was seen flying by crossing the demarcation line near Zaitseve. There are no combat losses among the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian defenders returned fire to the enemy shelling.

The ruling in the Russian Federation United Russia party will hold a large-scale "forum" called "Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities" in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast. This was said in the message of the so-called "Russian Center" in Donetsk. It was noted that this event "is expected to involve about 800 people from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as from the Russian Federation". Apparently, this "forum" is a pre-election event for United Russia, which wants to enlist the votes of the residents of CADLO, who illegally obtained Russian citizenship by decree of Vladimir Putin, at the election to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. "An interactive zone will operate at the forum site – the online registration center for Russian citizens living in the Donbas on a single portal of State services", - the event organizers indirectly confirmed this.

Another 207 cases of COVID-19 were detected in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast in the previous day. This was announced on July 13 by the so-called "DNR Ministry of Health". In addition, nine more patients have died. In total, there are 44755 people with coronavirus in CADO as of today, 3160 patients are currently on treatment (inpatient and outpatient), 3395 people died. The occupiers also identified 107 cases of "usual" pneumonia over the day, which is 59 cases more than in the past day. Of these, 87 patients were hospitalized. In total, 1126 residents of CADO are currently being treated for pneumonia, of which 547 are on oxygen support (+26 over the day).

"The main reason is imported components of compound feed, the cost of which has rocketed. Consequently, compound feed is becoming more expensive, and it makes up about 60–70% of chicken production costs. Therefore, the price of chicken continues to grow", - Pushilin explained. Users recalled in comments on this issue in social networks that until recently, the Miners' Poultry Factory operated on the territory of CADO, which sold chicken at more or less acceptable prices. It was reported about a month ago that a Russian "investor" would come to this poultry farm and the enterprise would be rebranded. However, the factory never started working. "There is no longer any poultry farm. There are Russian chickens at 175 rubles per kilogram. That is all", - the residents wrote. They are also outraged: "Why did the carrots and beets rise in price, also because of the rise in prices for compound feed, and what about pork?" Alexey Polovian, who calls himself the "DNR Minister of Economic Development", also tried to explain the situation. According to him, the "republic" does not provide itself with pork and vegetables. "We have a limited territory, we cannot afford to grow everything", - Polovian complained.

Occupiers of the "DNR" opened the Olenivka checkpoint, which is located opposite the Novotroitske checkpoint for one day, July 12. 601 people used the humanitarian corridor in both directions, - the fake "DNR Ministry of Emergency Situations" reported on July 13. 46 vehicles and 283 people entered the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. 47 vehicles and 318 people were released into the free territory of Ukraine.

The water supply to five cities, as well as to the Perevalsk and Slovianoserbsk districts, was reduced in the occupied Luhansk region due to the accident. This was said in the message of the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". "…In connection with the failure of wells of the Yashchykovsky and Krasnolymansky water intakes, as well as low levels in the reservoirs of pumping stations, the water supply to the next settlements has been reduced: Kirovsk - by 30%; Alchevsk and Stakhanov - by 40%; Brianka, Petrovske, Perevalsk and Slovianoserbsk districts - by 50%", - the occupiers' message said.
