Puppet authorities of CADLO have stated that they had conveyed to the representatives of the Russian Federation proposals for their participation in the "Normandy format" meeting. This was stated by Rodion Miroshnik, who calls himself "a representative of the LNR in the subgroup on political issues of the Contact Group"

He reported that the fake authorities of the "DNR/LNR" were asking the Russian Federation to hold a one-time meeting in the "Normandy format" with the participation of their representatives and the USA.

Miroshnik noted that "a meeting in the "Normandy format" with the participation of the USA, the LNR and the DNR would give a chance to restart the peaceful dialogue", since "there is actually no constructive and effective dialogue both in the Normandy and Minsk formats today".

He is still trying to present the "republics" controlled by the Russian Federation as a real party to the conflict, and the occupant as a mediator.

"The point of restarting meaningful dialogue could be a joint meeting of the Normandy format advisers, representatives of the USA and representatives of the LNR and DNR. That is, with the participation of the parties to the conflict and all guarantors and mediators really interested in resolving the conflict", - Miroshnik said.

"Official proposals on holding such a format signed by plenipotentiaries of certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts in the Contact Group were sent to Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov with a request to familiarize all potential participants in the meeting and initiate its holding", - the collaborator stated.

At the same time, he insists that the participants in this meeting will show adherence to the "Minsk agreements and understanding of their lack of alternatives at the moment".

As previously reported, Russia does not comply with the main provisions of the protocol signed in Minsk on September 5, 2014. In particular, the Minsk Protocol provides for an immediate bilateral cessation of the use of weapons, permanent monitoring on the Ukrainian-Russian state border and verification by the OSCE with the creation of a security zone in the border areas of Ukraine and the Russian Federation, withdrawal of illegal armed formations and military equipment, as well as militants and mercenaries, from the territory of Ukraine. Instead, Russia on a permanent basis supports the occupation authorities of Donbas with weapons, ammunition, military equipment and personnel. Russia is also categorically opposed to monitoring the section of the state border uncontrolled by Ukraine, through which convoys of military equipment and armed Russian troops regularly enter the occupied Donbas. Russian officers under cover and under fictitious names actually lead all the divisions of the so-called "people's militias of the republics". It was the invasion of the regular armed forces of the Russian Federation in 2014 and 2015 that prevented the complete elimination of the "DNR/LNR" bandit formations. Many politicians in Russia do not hide this fact, calling the intervention against Ukraine "the north wind".

The joint statement by 46 UN countries on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the adoption by the UN General Assembly of the resolution on the territorial integrity of Ukraine maintains that Russia is a party to the conflict in the Donbas, and not a mediator.
