The cruelest tortures are used by occupation authorities of the "DNR" in the Izolyatsia concentration camp in uncontrolled Donetsk. This is said in the report of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, which describes everything that happens there from 2014 to the present day.

It is noted that women and men were beaten with metal rods for hours, tortured with electric current, subjected to sexual violence, imitated executions and so on.

The report is based on interviews with 44 prisoners of Izolyatsia and other reliable information.

Despite repeated requests from the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, no international observer was granted access to places of detention on the territory of Izolyatsia.

As previously reported, the Bellingcat investigators have identified the Russians involved in the torture at Izolyatsia. Russian citizens Krivonos, Vladimir Butenko and Ruslan Yeremichev appear in the investigation as executioners of the "DNR" concentration camp.

"Now, having the data of their Russian passports, it is possible to officially present claims to the Russian Federation for violating the laws and customs of warfare, which, I hope, will be initiated in the near future both at the TCG and our MFA", - one of the Izolyatsia prisoners Stanislav Aseyev commented on this situation.

"I listened for 28 months how you beat women in neighboring cells, make them sing songs under torture and drag people with electric burns into cells, where they must continue to "hold" the Wailing Wall", - he wrote.
