Issue of Ukraine's entry into NATO should be addressed immediately - Zelensky

The decision of Ukraine entering into NATO must be decided immediately. This statement was made by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

"I think that if we are welcome in NATO, if they really want to see us as a member, there is no point in looking through binoculars into some distant future and discussing this future. This issue should be resolved immediately", - he said in an interview to Axios.

According to the head of state, Ukraine is in dire need of support from the alliance right now.

"We are in danger right now, our independence is at stake right now and we need help right now", - Volodymyr Zelensky explained his position.
