Leader of the "LNR" Leonid Pasechnik has banned Ukrainians who do not have registration in CALO from entering the occupied territory of Ukraine. This is said in the "decree" he signed.

It is noted that entry into the occupied territory of the Luhansk oblast for citizens of Ukraine who do not have registration in CALO is allowed only on the basis of the lists compiled by a certain working group. The lists may include Ukrainians entering CALO for treatment, education, caring for sick relatives and burying relatives.

These restrictions are introduced allegedly "in connection with the unfavorable epidemiological situation in Ukraine and the threat of the spread of a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the LNR, as well as in order to ensure the safety of citizens of the Luhansk People's Republic".

As it was reported earlier, the occupation authorities allow leaving the "LNR" to the territory controlled by the legal authorities for the citizens of Ukraine registered in CALO no more than once a month.
