"After the visit of Russian State Duma deputies Dmitry Sablin and Andrey Turchak to CADLO, the Kremlin decided to open a representative office of the Combat Brotherhood non-governmental organization of Russian veterans in Luhansk and Donetsk", - the human rights activists reported. They clarified that the occupiers were going to open "volunteer companies" in Luhansk and Donetsk as "full-fledged representative offices of the organization". "To summarize, this is another tool for integrating the territories of the Luhansk and Donetsk oblasts occupied by the Kremlin into the Russian Federation", - the human rights activists noted.
