Three violations by the armed formations of the Russian Federation were recorded in the area of the Joint Forces Operation on April 19. The enemy opened fire from 120-caliber mortars, anti-tank missile systems and anti-aircraft guns not far from the village of Pivdenne. Russian occupiers fired 82 caliber mortars, heavy machine guns and small arms near Mayorsk. The enemy carried out remote mining from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers with POM-2 mines in the area of the settlement of Zaitseve. There are no combat losses among our defenders.

The "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin does not exclude that he will turn for help from outside in the war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine. He stated this on the air of the radio Moscow Speaks radio. "We will make a decision (on applying for external assistance - OstroV) based on an assessment of the level of Kyiv's armed aggression. Among other things, we reserve the right to ask for help based on the norms of international law", - the leader of a quasi-state entity that is not recognized by international law stated.

Occupation authorities of the "DNR" are outraged that the Ukrainian side does not recognize their right to convene an extraordinary meeting of the TCG security subgroup. This follows from the statement of the so-called press service of the illegitimate "DNR delegation" in the Trilateral Contact Group. The "DNR" functionaries stubbornly refuse to admit that it is they who are not a party to the negotiations, aptly noting that "each of the participants in the negotiations has equal rights and obligations in their conduct". They manipulatively refer to the Trilateral Contact Group simply as the Contact Group in an attempt to legitimize their participation in it. At the same time, the participants of the TCG and, therefore, the only participants in the negotiations, are Ukraine, Russia and the OSCE.

Occupiers from the so-called "LNR" want to attract "conscripts" who were called up to the ranks of the militants to participate in the Victory Day parade on May 9. This was written by separatist media. To do this, the "recruits" are taught drill training; they also "harness their skills as part of the crew for participation in the parade".

Entry to Russia for CADLO residents has become less accessible due to new restrictions. This was reported on Facebook by a special monitoring mission of the International Human Rights Community. Thus, the new rules provide that Russian citizens, as well as Ukrainians from the occupied part of Donbas, who have received Russian passports, enter the country and must pass a PCR test for COVID-19 within three days. Until the result is obtained, self-isolation must be observed. "Residents of CADLO fear that now they will not be allowed into Russia at all", - the observers noted. It should be noted that the only way to get to the territory of free Ukraine for many residents of CADO is to travel through the territory of the Russian Federation. However, eyewitnesses in social networks are already writing that it is allegedly allowed for those living in the occupied Donbas not to do a PCR test, if their stay in the Russian Federation is no more than three days. "Today, a neighbor passed it on Dovzhansk. They said - for the LDNR without a test, if up to three days", - was written in social networks.

A resident of occupied Horlivka in CADO was sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment for alleged "espionage" and accused of "high treason". This was reported by the so-called "DNR Ministry of State Security". The name of the condemned by the occupiers is called - Ruslan Makarets, born in 1984. According to the "DNR" militants, Makarets served "military service in an engineer company of one of the military units of the DNR People's Militia" as a driver from February 2017 to May 2018. In August 2018, after "being fired from the DNR People's Militia", he left for the free territory of Ukraine under the SBU program "Come Back Home". The militants accused the man of being recruited by the SBU, he arrived at CADO in 2019, where the "DNR Ministry of State Security" detained him. The so-called "supreme court of the DNR" found the man guilty of "high treason" on April 8, 2021 and sentenced him to 13 years of imprisonment in a "high-security prison".

A Gazelle with an eloquent inscription on board "Disconnecting non-payers from the sewage" is driving around occupied Donetsk. "Why is there no one with the inscription: "Elimination of salary defaulters". Then, maybe, this one will not be needed", - the residents commented on social networks.

Retail price of gas at petrol stations in the occupied areas of the Donetsk oblast increased by 2 rubles. Separatist media wrote this. A liter of gas has been sold for 32 rubles at the filling stations of the Republican Fuel Company since April 17. This is the third increase in the price of a liter of gas since the beginning of spring. The occupiers associate the rise in prices with "a change in the situation on the oil product market in the Russian Federation". "For example, from March to April, the purchase price on the exchange increased from 7.52 to 8.98 rubles per liter of liquefied gas. Gas station prices in the neighboring Rostov oblast vary within 28-29 rubles", - the message said.

Five cities in the occupied Luhansk region have regular problems with water supply due to another accident. Water supply to Petrovske was reduced by 80%, to Antratsyt and Krasnyi Luch - by 50%, to Alchevsk and Perevalsk - by 20%. They promise to resume water supply to cities in planned volumes by the morning of April 20.
