More than 14 thousand new cases of coronavirus recorded in Ukraine

14 553 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov on Facebook.

14 553 people fell ill over the past day, including 612 children and 426 health workers. 5063 people were hospitalized, 467 – died.

12 384 people recovered on April 13.

134 342 tests were carried over the past day, of which 54 353 – by PCR, 22 539 – by EIA and 57 450 – by rapid antigen tests.

1 887 338 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1 442 618 patients recovered and 38 225 – died.

The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the city of Kyiv (1457), the Kharkiv (1255), Lviv (963), Odesa (906) and Poltava (900) oblasts.
