Almost 10 thousand new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Ukraine

9642 new cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This is reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov on Facebook.

9642 people fell ill over the past day, including 474 children and 313 health workers. 2005 people were hospitalized, 264 – died.

6202 people recovered on March 15.

76 509 tests were carried over the past day, of which 38 738 – by PCR, 18 275 – by EIA and 19 496 – by rapid antigen tests.

1 477 190 people fell ill for the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1 232 209 patients recovered and 28 697 – died.

The largest number of confirmed cases over the past day was registered in the city of Kyiv (999), the Lviv (1065), Vinnytsia (924), Odesa (728) and Kharkiv (596) oblasts.
