The Court of Appeal in France will consider the liquidation of the fake DNR representative office in Marseille. This is reported by separatist media with reference to fringe politician Hubert Fayard.
"The French Foreign Ministry continues to harass the "representative center of the DNR" in France. Having failed in 2018, when the judges of the Aix-en-Provence Tribunal refused to dissolve the "representative center", the MFA of France has appealed the initial verdict. Thus, the case will be considered by the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal on February 16 this year", - he wrote in his "communique".
As reported by OstroV, the local self-government deputy from the department of Bouches-du-Rhône Hubert Fayard declared himself "honorary consul of the Donetsk People's Republic". The fringe politician visited the occupied part of Donetsk oblast and signed a document on the opening of the "DNR" representative office in Marseille. It is registered in the form of an association in a detached home in a small town near Marseille.
Earlier, Russian and separatist media told that head of the so-called "DNR representative office" in French Marseille Hubert Fayard was detained on charges of pimping.
