The enemy used UAVs to adjust the fire, but prompt actions of our electronic warfare equipment stopped its further use. The Russian occupation forces used small arms near the settlement of Chermalyk. One of our soldiers was wounded as a result of the enemy fire. The serviceman was taken to a medical facility and was provided with qualified assistance. The enemy fire activity was also noticed near Avdiivka and Marinka, where the enemy fired several times from grenade launchers of various systems towards Ukrainian positions. The enemy used grenade machine guns and large-caliber machine guns near Svitlodarsk, and hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms – near Novoaleksandrivka. All the facts of violations of the ceasefire were reported to the OSCE representatives through the Ukrainian party of the JCCC.

Supporter of the Russian world, the "DNR" blogger Roman Manekin, whom the militants suspect of having links with the Ukrainian special services, was detained in CADO. At the same time, it was clarified that Manekin allegedly collaborated with Ukrainian journalist Stanislav Aseyev, who was held by the "DNR Ministry of State Security" in the dungeons of the Izolyatsia prison for more than 2 years, after which the "DNR court" sentenced him to 15 years for "espionage", and in 2019, Stanislav Aseyev was transferred to the free territory of Ukraine as part of a prisoner exchange. "The DNR Ministry of State Security is checking the information that appeared in open sources about the possible cooperation of citizen Roman Manekin, born in 1965, with established agent of the special services of Ukraine Stanislav Aseyev, to the detriment of the interests of the state security of the Republic", - the "Ministry of State Security" stated. The so-called "DNR MIA" detained a group of "officials" of a clone enterprise of the Ukrainian Voda Donbassa company in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. This was reported by the "DNR MIA". The detainees allegedly extorted and received money from the local business entities in the form of kickbacks. It was reported that "bribes were taken from local entrepreneurs for signing acts of provided services carried out in accordance with an agreement concluded with the enterprise". Thus, one of the suspects was allegedly detained "while receiving funds in the amount of $33.7 thousand for the unhindered acceptance of work under a general contractor agreement".
The village of Victoria in occupied Shakhtarsk of the Donetsk region was left without electricity. This was reported by the fake "DNR Ministry of Emergency Situations". 922 private sector subscribers were left without electricity. It was also written in social networks that the village of Kamyshatka in the occupied Shakhtarsk district was de-energized - 250 subscribers and the school's boiler room appeared to be without electricity.
Water supply to seven cities of the occupied Luhansk region has been cut due to "repair work at the pump station". This was reported in the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". "In connection with the repair work at the Rodakove pump station of the second lift from 07:00 on December 28, the water supply to consumers in the settlements of Rodakove has been reduced by 100%, in Slovianoserbsk - by 70%, in Kirovsk - by 50%, in Alchevsk, Perevalsk, Brianka and Stakhanov - by 40%", - the message of the Ministry of Emergencies said. The occupation authorities promise to resume water supply "tentatively" by 14:00 on December 29.
A suspect in the murder of two women was detained in occupied Makiivka, according to the so-called "DNR MIA". "The duty station of the Sovetskiy district police department of Makiivka received a message about the detection of the bodies of two women with knife wounds", - the report said, specifying that "a previously convicted man suspected of causing the indicated bodily harm was detained in hot pursuit".
