Tomorrow, the Verkhovna Rada will consider a bill that provides for the extension of special order of local self-government in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts until December 31, 2021. This was announced by speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov at a meeting of the conciliation council of the parliament today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"The continuation of the law on the so-called special status (of CADLO - ed.) will be an important issue. Tomorrow, it will be submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", - he informed.

The law on special order of local self-government in CADLO was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada in September 2014 for a period of three years. The document provides that a special procedure for local self-government in certain areas of the Donbas comes into force only after the withdrawal of all illegal armed formations, their military equipment, as well as militants and mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine.
