The Verkhovna Rada has adopted draft law No.4460-d on establishing responsibility for declaring false information in the second reading and as a whole, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
289 people's deputies supported the law.
The bill supplements the Criminal Code of Ukraine with new article 3662 "Declaring false information", which establishes criminal liability for declaring false information about property status.
