The provision of the so-called covid bases with drugs in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast ranges from 15 to 35%. Alexander Oprishchenko, who calls himself "Acting Minister of Health of the DNR", was forced to admit this fact, - the "official" website of the "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin reports.

The shortage of medicines in the CADO hospitals became one of the key topics of today's meeting on the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the uncontrolled territory.

"Acting" Minister of Health" Alexander Oprishchenko reported on the problem with medicines. In particular, he pointed out the insufficient level of provision of drugs for a number of hospital bases for the treatment of patients with COVID-19", - the report says.

"This is the most hot-button issue today. Despite the large amount of allocated funds, the provision of covid bases with drugs remains rather low - from 15 to 35%", - he admitted.

There is a shortage of low molecular weight heparins, broad-spectrum antibiotics and a number of other drugs, - the Acting "Minister" specified.

According to him, the situation is explained by great demand in the Russian pharmaceutical market.

Situation with the supply of necessary drugs to the occupied Donbas was commented on by Konstantin Shelegeda, who calls himself "the director of the state-owned enterprise Medicines of Donbass Trading House Republican Center. According to him, 60% of the planned volume of deliveries of drugs for the IV quarter was fulfilled.

"We have one car at the customs post, another car was loaded in Nizhny Novgorod and left in our direction tonight. Another car is heading to us from Moscow on Friday. These are antibiotics, antiviral drugs and anticoagulants", - he promised some improvement in the provision of drugs…

The "DNR" leader demanded to work just-in-time. "We understand the deficit in Russia and other difficulties, but as soon as the car has entered, distribution should take place as quickly as possible", - Pushilin said.

He did not rule out that there may be interruptions in the supply of oxygen to medical institutions during the New Year holidays.
