Situation in the area of the Joint Forces Operation on November 26 was under the control of Ukrainian units, - the JFO headquarters reported. One fact of violation of the ceasefire by armed formations of the Russian Federation was recorded in the zones of responsibility of our brigades during the current day: the enemy opened fire from a large-caliber machine gun in the area of the settlement of Marinka. There are no combat losses or injuries among the Joint Forces personnel.

Occupation authorities of the "DNR" banned Ukrainians who do not have registration in the uncontrolled territories from entering CADO through Russia. Separatist media wrote this. Crossing the uncontrolled section of border with Russia, residents of free Ukraine need to obtain permission from a certain anti-coronavirus headquarters. "To obtain a permit, you must send by e-mail a full package of documents with a completed application, in which the applicant indicates the reason for entering the "DNR" territory (undergoing treatment, reuniting with a family, death of a close relative, studying at universities)", - the occupiers wrote. These restrictions were explained by the need to contain the spread of COVID-19, the main source of which is Ukraine according to the occupiers. At the same time, the flow of Russians entering the uncontrolled territory of CADO and Ukrainians registered in the occupation zone is not yet controlled in any way.

COVID-19 was detected in 164 more people in the occupied Donetsk region over the past day. This was reported by the fake "DNR Ministry of Health". In addition, 17 deaths were registered - men aged 40 to 70 years and women aged 48 to 88 years died. In total, 10 332 cases of COVID-19 infection and 958 deaths were registered as of November 26. The occupiers also reported that 114 cases of "usual" pneumonia were detected over the day, of which 81 patients were hospitalized. In total, 1606 patients with pneumonia are being treated, of which 476 are on oxygen support (+26 over the day).

Eleven medical institutions will stop hospitalizing patients with coronavirus in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast. This was said in the statement of the so-called "DNR Ministry of Health". In total, 11 "hospital bases" will be suspended in the occupied cities: three in Donetsk, two in Makiivka, one each in Yenakiieve, Snizhne, Shakhtarsk, Chystiakove (Torez), as well as in the Starobesheve and Amvrosiivka districts. The alleged decrease in the number of admitted patients was named as the reason for the closure of "covid" hospitals. However, no decrease in the level of coronavirus disease in CADO is actually observed. The mortality rate is 9.27%, which is several times higher than that in the controlled territory of Ukraine.

The provision of "covid" hospitals with drugs in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast ranges from 15 to 35%. This was stated by Alexander Oprishchenko, who calls himself "Acting Minister of Health of the DNR", separatist segment of social networks wrote. According to the "minister", despite the large amount of allocated funds, the provision of "covid bases with drugs remains rather low - from 15 to 35%. These are low molecular weight heparins, broad-spectrum antibiotics and a number of other drugs". The occupiers explain the reason for the shortage by the fact that these drugs are now in great demand in the Russian Federation, "because a large number of patients with COVID means a large inventory shortage". It was also noted that the "DNR" Medicines of Donbass trading house cannot cope with the purchase because of the "weak demand".

Doctors registered 1765 cases of coronavirus infection in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast, separatist media wrote. Another fatal case has also been reported over the past day.

Aleksandr Oprishchenko, who calls himself the "DNR Minister of Health", is going to defend the so-called "doctoral dissertation" on December 4. This was said in the message of the fake "Higher Attestation Commission". The topic of the "dissertation", which was prepared on the basis of the illegally operating separatist clone of the Donetsk National Medical University, is: "Organization and tactics of trauma care for open combat injuries of the lower extremity under the conditions of military conflict in the Donbass". The author's abstract of Oprischenko's "dissertation" stated that "he personally took part in the treatment of more than 60% of the wounded".

Four kilometers of tram track are being dismantled along the Artema Street in occupied Luhansk. This was reported by eyewitnesses on social networks. The reports said that "the road workers are removing the tram lines and preparing the road for major repairs". It is expected that "the carriageway will become wider" after the elimination of tram lines. The city crews have already excavated and removed more than two thousand meters of railroad tracks since the beginning of October. In total, it is planned to dismantle more than four thousand meters of rail. The complete dismantling of the rails along the Artema Street is planned to be completed by December 20.

An accident occurred at the main water pipeline in occupied Makiivka due to the worn-out state of the pipeline. Water supplies have been cut to consumers in a number of dormitory districts. Separatist media wrote this. As a result of the accident, the water supply in the next dormitory districts was reduced - the Zelenyi, Myrnyi and 945th quarter microdistricts, as well as in the villages of Lenina, Osypenko, Obyednane and Krasna Zoria.

Tram number 8, the route of which runs from the Chervonoarmiyska Street (South Bus Station area) to Kirovskyi district in occupied Donetsk, derailed. This was reported by the so-called "head of the city administration" Alexey Kulemzin in social networks. "The movement of tram No.8 was stopped today at 8:30. A tram run off the rails on the Lomonosova Street in the direction of Petrovsky Street, there are no casualties", - Kulemzin wrote. The circumstances of the incident are unknown.
