Incumbent mayor Vadym Liakh is ahead of his rival candidate from OPFL Pavlo Prydvorov in the second round of the election for the mayor of Sloviansk according to the exit poll conducted by the Research & Branding Group consulting agency, - NV reports.

Incumbent mayor of Sloviansk, candidate from Opposition Bloc Vadym Liakh received 58.8% of the vote. Pavlo Prydvorov, his Opponent from OPFL, - 41.2%.

It is noted that 4619 respondents took part in the exit poll at 54 polling stations. The admissible error for this sample should not exceed 1.4%.

At the same time, according to the exit poll of the Systema analytical bureau, Liakh received 61.7% of the vote, and Prydvorov - 38.3%.

These are the results of a poll of 2053 voters, the margin of error does not exceed 1.9%.

Vadym Liakh has already recorded a video message in which he noted that the results of the exit polls allowed him to declare his victory.

Let us remind you that the second round of the mayoral elections took place in Sloviansk on Sunday, November 22.

The official voting results must be established no later than the fifth day from the day of the repeat voting, that is, up to and including November 27.

As OstroV reported, the police had registered 17 messages related to the electoral process during the second round of election for the head of the the Sloviansk amalgamated territorial community on the voting day, yesterday, November 22.
