One violation of the ceasefire by the armed formations of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries was recorded in the areas of responsibility of the Ukrainian brigades during the day: the enemy opened fire from small arms in the area of responsibility of the East tactical force near Vodiane. Unaimed enemy shots posed no threat to the life and health of the Ukrainian defenders, so they did not open fire in response. There are no combat losses or injuries among the Joint Forces servicemen as a result of the enemy fire.
In fact, the passage through the demarcation line during November 10 was carried out only at the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint, - the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported. The report indicates that representatives of illegal armed formations continue to block the passage on the remaining road corridors. "So, as of 16.00, the employees of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine at the Stanytsia Luhanska checkpoint registered 125 people to enter from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and 150 people - to exit. All citizens who were registered today by the border guards to enter the temporarily occupied territory at the Marinka (two people and a vehicle), Zolote (two people and one vehicle) and Shchastya (10 citizens) checkpoints returned back because of the refuse to let them through by representatives of illegal armed formations", - the State Border Guard Service stated. It was also noted that citizens did not arrive at other checkpoints on the demarcation line.

Occupation authorities of the so-called "DNR" recognized 7993 cases of coronavirus and 704 deaths. The data was provided by the fake "Ministry of Health". Thus, the death rate from COVID-19 in the "DNR" is 8.8%. 198 new cases of COVID-19 have been identified over the past day. 17 deaths were registered - men aged 60 to 78 years and women aged 61 to 83 years died. In addition, the occupiers reported that 131 cases of pneumonia were detected over the day - 55 cases more than in the past day. Of these, 91 patients were hospitalized. A fire in a five-storey building in the Voroshylovskyi district of occupied Donetsk resulted in the death of two people.
