The Verkhovna Rada has adopted draft law No.3891 on fines for the lack of masks in public places as a basis and as a whole, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

The document provides that staying in public facilities, buildings and public transport during the quarantine period without wearing personal protective equipment, including respirators or protective masks covering the nose and the mouth, including those made by yourself, shall be subject to a fine of 10 to 15 tax-free minimum income of individuals (from $6 to $9).
According to Health Minister Maksym Stepanov, the fine can be levied directly on the spot using non-cash payment devices.
