Head of the ruling "Donetsk Republic" party Alexey Muratov promises monthly unconditional payments to all residents of the "DNR". This was reported by separatist media. According to him, a corresponding "economic program" is already being developed in Donetsk, which will provide "an unconditional basic income". According to his assurances, the meaning of the program is that every resident of the occupied Donbas has the right to receive a certain rent by the fact of his birth and "citizenship", - a monthly amount that gives him the opportunity to close basic life issues, in addition to solving material problems. - Muratov explained. The "DNR" occupiers recognized 197 new cases of COVID-19 over the. The data was provided by the fake "Ministry of Health". Thus, doctors have registered 88 deaths of patients diagnosed with coronavirus in the occupied Luhansk region since the beginning of the pandemic.
