There are no combat losses or injuries among our soldiers. The enemy shots did not pose a threat to the life and health of the Ukrainian servicemen, so they did not return fire.

The Russian Federation continues to supply weapons and military equipment to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was stated by the Ukrainian side of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) on ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line between the parties. To implement its plan for the covert movement of forces and equipment, the enemy constantly uses dirt roads, bypassing official checkpoints, in order to pass unnoticed by representatives of the OSCE SMM. Mass layoffs at the Donetsk Metallurgical Plant pose a risk of disruption to the supply of heat to residents of three districts of the regional center. Chairman of the DMP trade union committee Nikolay Shpundra reported this in his address to the "DNR" leader D.Pushilin. "If the situation is not radically changed, the enterprise will be left without experts in the near future, which creates a real threat of disruption of heat supply to residents of the Leninskyi, Voroshylovskyi and Budonivskyi districts of the city and people's safety", - Shpundra wrote. The letter said that workers of the DMP have not received wages for more than 4 months and no real measures have been taken to pay them off. Appeals of the labor collective to the self-proclaimed authorities remain unanswered and unresponsive. The people are in dire straits and have to quit. According to N.Shpundra, an average of 34 people resigned per month in the first half of the year, in July-August - 120 people each, 154 people quit in September. "Of particular concern is the dismissal of personnel of the energy shops, which not only ensure the safe life of the enterprise, but also supply heat to residential buildings in three districts of Donetsk", - Shpundra emphasized. The chairman of the trade union committee noted that "the personnel of the energy shops is highly qualified workers with extensive professional experience with especially dangerous jobs and there is practically no one to replace them".

The number of cases of coronavirus infection registered during the COVID-19 pandemic in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast exceeded four thousand. This was reported by the fake "DNR Ministry of Health". COVID-19 has been confirmed in 135 residents over the past 24 hours. In addition, 11 deaths have been reported. 247 people died during the entire period. Thus, the death rate increased and amounted to almost 6.1, which is significantly higher than the same indicator in Ukraine and in the world.

Children who died on a spoil heap in occupied Dovzhansk (formerly Sverdlovsk) of the Luhansk oblast were poisoned by the combustion products of the waste rock. This was reported by the so-called "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR". The bodies of the adolescents - a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old boy - were at the top of the spoil heap (at a height of about 80 meters). The presumed finding of their death is poisoning by the combustion products of the waste rock. Most likely, the children climbed onto the waste spoil in the evening to look at the night city. Neither friends nor relatives were told about their trip. They started to be looking for at about midnight, but the mobile phones were no longer responding. Having learned about their disappearance, friends of the victims guessed where they might be, and began an independent search in the morning, - the "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LNR" reported.

The water supply has been reduced in a number of cities in the occupied Donetsk oblast, including Donetsk. Separatist media wrote this. In particular, the work of several infrastructure facilities has been suspended in occupied Horlivka, which will affect the water supply of the Kalininskyi, Mykytivskyi and Central-city districts. The water supply to other cities in the occupied territory was also reduced due to the stop of the water pipeline in occupied Yenakiieve: Khrestivka, Shakhtarsk, Snizhne and Chystiakove.

The so-called "supreme court of the LNR" sentenced a Luhansk citizen to 13.5 years in prison with confiscation of property for "committing high treason," separatist media wrote. So, according to the representatives of the "LNR Prosecutor General's Office", the resident of Luhansk "carried out espionage and other assistance to the Ukrainian special service" from November 2018 to January 2019. "The defendant was found guilty of committing high treason by the verdict of the Supreme Court, that is, of a crime under Article 335 of the LNR Criminal Code, and he was sentenced to 13 years and 6 months in prison with confiscation of all personal property", - the occupiers' report said.
