According to their information, this is a "pilot project" in CADO, its goal is to maximally force and motivate residents of CADO to issue fake passports of the "DNR", as well as of the Russian Federation.

A two-story residential building and a bathhouse in occupied Donetsk were completely burned down. This was reported by the fake "DNR Ministry of Emergency Situations". "Despite the critical injuries, the man himself was able to bind his leg with an offhand tourniquet and called his brother who reported the incident to the 103 service. It was the brother who found the victim and carried him to the place where the ambulance arrived", - the report said. Health workers took the victim to the hospital.
