2582 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Ukraine over the past day

145 612 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of September 10. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"2582 people fell ill over the past day, of which 178 children and 157 health workers. 400 people were hospitalized over the past day", - the minister stated.

According to him, 44 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded over the past day, 1174 patients recovered.

"In total, 145 612 people fell ill during the pandemic, including 9 414 children and 12 463 health workers. 65 877 people recovered and 3083 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.

55 503 tests on COVID-19 were carried over the past day, of which 29 708 - by PCR and 25 795 - by EIA.
