A serviceman of the AFU, who was blown up in a car by an unknown explosive device on September 6, has died, - the Joint Forces Operation headquarters reported. The message recalls that an unknown explosive device blew up the ARS-14 chemical spraying truck (designed for complete deactivation, decontamination and disinfection of weapons, military equipment and vehicles - ed.) in the vicinity of the Novhorodske settlement on September 6. Two members of the Joint Forces received injuries of varying severity as a result of the blast. "We are sad to inform you that one of the wounded soldiers died today from the burns received after the resuscitation", - the headquarters reported. The Joint Forces command expressed sincere and deep condolences to the family of the deceased soldier.
Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin postponed the attack on the Joint Forces positions of to 10 a.m. on September 9. This was stated by Eduard Basurin, who calls himself the official representative of the "People's Militia". According to him, the occupation forces cannot establish in any way what is happening in the vicinity of Hrolivka near the village of Shumy: dismantling or strengthening of fortifications. That is why the "DNR" leader decided "to continue monitoring the situation and postpone the start of the operation to remove the Ukrainian fortifications to 10:00 on September 9, 2020". The head of the occupation administration demanded once again, as an ultimatum, "to independently eliminate the violations of additional measures to strengthen the ceasefire" and "to provide information on the fact of dismantling of illegally built fortifications recorded in writing" by 10 p.m. on September 8.
The "DNR" occupiers recognized 2686 cases of coronavirus infection, - the so-called "DNR Ministry of Health" reported. 148 deaths have also been reported as of September 7. At the same time, it was clarified that studies on the COVID-19 disease were not carried out on September 6 due to the fact that "the laboratory was being sanitized".
The occupiers let nine cars and 64 people pass into the controlled territory of Ukraine on September 7, - the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported. "On September 7, Russian armed formations restored traffic on the Donetsk-Mariupol road corridor, which passes through the Novotroitske checkpoint", - the statement said. It specified that the border guards at this checkpoint provided access to the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine for 12 cars and 147 people at 15.00. At the same time, the occupiers slowed down the movement to the controlled territory of Ukraine, 9 cars and 64 people followed in this direction. The movement in the Marinka checkpoint remains completely blocked by the occupiers.
"The DNR prosecutor's office" detained an "Emergencies Ministry official" in the occupied Novoazovsk district while receiving a bribe, - the so-called "DNR prosecutor general's office" reported. The detainee allegedly received a bribe in the amount of 20 thousand rubles. The message wrote that the money was given "for not bringing the bribe giver to justice for driving a sailing-motor yacht that did not pass the annual technical inspection".
More than three thousand residents of the occupied districts of Donetsk oblast have been detained since the beginning of the year for violating the curfew, - the so-called "DNR MIA" reported. The message reminds that the curfew in the "DNR" operates from 23-00 to 5-00, street movement of residents, movement of public and private transport, as well as taxis in the absence of a "special pass" is prohibited. Violation of the curfew in the "DNR" is punishable by "administrative arrest" for up to 15 days.
A resident of occupied Luhansk received 12 years in prison for "high treason", separatist media wrote. "The defendant was found guilty of committing high treason by the verdict of the LNR Supreme Court", - the message said.
