Ukrainian servicemen blown up by mine, remotely planted by occupiers in JFO area

On August 25, two Ukrainian soldiers in the Donbass were blown up by anti-personnel mine that the enemy had planted remotely. This was reported by the JFO headquarters.

"In the area of ​​responsibility of the Marine Corps brigade, two servicemen were blown up on the enemy anti-personnel fragmentation-type trip activated mine POM-2 during a survey of the area. They sustained shrapnel wounds as a result of the explosion and are now being treated. Their health condition is satisfactory. It was preliminary established that the anti-personnel mine was planted by a remote method. Such provocations are used by the enemy in the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts", - the JFO headquarters noted.

Most likely, this refers to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles by the enemy for mining the territories controlled by Ukraine. A similar case of using UAVs took place on this sector of the front on August 24 - the enemy dropped a VOG-17 grenade with the help of a drone. The JFO headquarters call these manifestations of aggression provocations.
