Ukraine has no right to deprive forced migrants of payments, even if they get a pension in "the DPR" and "LPR". This was stated by the coordinator of the Vostok-SOS Aleksandra Dvoretskaya at the press conference in Kiev, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.

"Monet that is paid by the "DPR" and "LPR" is not a pension. It can be paid today and won’t be paid tomorrow. It does not take off the obligations from Ukraine," - said the expert.

"If we do not recognize these groups as a state structure, we can not talk about any double payments. This is what the Ukrainian legislation says because people living on the temporarily uncontrolled territories are citizens of Ukraine,"- she added.
