"DNR" occupiers recognize 41 cases of COVID-19 and two deaths over the day

The "DNR" occupiers have recognized 41 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection and two deaths over the past 24 hours. This is stated in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Health".

The occupiers state that one of the arrived people from the territory controlled by Ukraine is among the newly detected cases. Also, coronavirus was detected in two persons who arrived from the Russian Federation.

The rest of the COVID-19 cases were diagnosed in persons who had contact with the diseased earlier, 13 of them are medical workers. 27 people were discharged during the day with two negative tests each.

In total, according to the occupiers, 2 188 cases of COVID-19 were registered in the occupied territory of Donetsk oblast as of August 20, 1096 people have recovered, 970 are undergoing treatment, there are 122 deaths. At the same time, the occupiers announced yesterday 120 deaths.
