Occupiers of the "DNR" have recognized 35 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection over the past 24 hours. This is stated in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Health".

It is noted that 4 cases of the disease were allegedly found in those who arrived from the territory controlled by Ukraine. Other cases of COVID-19 have been found in persons who have been in contact with the diseased earlier, including 5 medical workers. Currently, the condition of the patients is satisfactory, all are provided with the necessary medical care.

2 deaths were registered: a man aged 65 and a woman aged 91.

In total, 2015 cases of COVID-19 and 115 deaths were registered in the occupied territory of Donetsk as of August 13 according to the occupiers.

The occupiers emphasize that of those who arrived from June 25, 2020 from the territory controlled by Ukraine, coronavirus infection was allegedly detected in 97 people.

As OstroV reported, the "DNR" propagandists publish unrealistically high rates of coronavirus, allegedly imported "from Ukraine". At the same time, the observation sites created by them create favorable conditions for internal infection and spreading COVID-19.
