Rumors about the conscription of men for military service in the "DNR/LNR" illegal armed groups are spreading in the occupied Donbass. One of the first to raise this topic was Vladislav Berdichevskiy ("Brig"), who calls himself a "deputy of the DNR People's Council". He posted an impromptu poll on his Telegram channel about the reaction of the population of CADLO to compulsory "military service". The author of the Luhansk Insider channel wrote that according to his information, "conscription for military service in the "LNR" and "DNR" is really expected in the fall, probably, from October". "I am informed that the "LNR" has even built guardhouses for the recruits. Could this decision be prevented by any events? Everything is possible. But at the moment, the plans and intentions are as follows", - the Luhansk Insider assured. Another "telegraph operator" under the nickname "It's a shame for the State" wrote that a possible conscription into an illegal armed formation was a necessary measure. "If the conscript service is nevertheless introduced in the "republics", then it will be a really necessary measure... There is a significant understaffing in the corps, and under the conditions of the f***ing Minsk conspiracy, there are no more people wishing to serve...", - he lamented.

Occupation authorities of the "DNR" recognized the current problems with harvest of cereals and sunflower seeds. This follows from two "government decrees" on a temporary ban on the export of certain types of agricultural products outside the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast. The first of them notes that the ban on the export of sunflower seeds has been extended until February 28, 2021. Another "decree" prohibits the export of wheat, rye and barley from CADO until December 31, 2020. Meanwhile, at a meeting with the "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin a week ago, Artiom Kramarenko, who calls himself the "Minister of Agriculture", assured that "this season's harvest already allows us to start planning the calculation of possible grain and flour exports this year".

The "DNR" occupiers recognized 30 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus infection over the past day. This was said in the report of the so-called "Ministry of Health". In total, according to the statements of the occupiers, 87 citizens who entered CADO from the territory controlled by the lawful authorities at various times had a coronavirus. The total number of cases of COVID-19 recognized by the "DNR" authorities is 1963. The "ministry" also reports 113 deaths.

The Luhanskvoda enterprise, controlled by the "LNR" militants, suspended the water supply to the central part of occupied Luhansk due to repairs on the water pipe, separatist media wrote. "The water supply to a number of streets was stopped in connection with the repair work at the intersection of Dzerzhynsky and Lermontov streets on August 11 from 09:00 to approximately 17:00", - the message said. The water supply to the OR plant camp will be carried out with reduced pressure.
