Russia will not act as a guarantor of the truce that has begun in the Donbass, since it "does not consider itself a party to the conflict". This was stated by press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, - TASS reported.

On July 28, the Luhanskvoda enterprise, controlled by the "LNR" militants, will reduce the supply of water to consumers in a number of cities in the occupied territory of Luhansk oblast due to repair work at an electrical substation, as well as at a water conduit, - separatist media wrote. "Water supply to Stakhanov, Kirovsk and Brianka will be reduced on July 28 from 10:00 to 15:00 to carry out repair work at the substation", - the report said. In addition, the water supply to the cities of Antratsyt, Krasnyi Luch, Petrovske, as well as to the settlements of the Perevalsk district will be reduced in connection with an emergency situation at the Alchevsk - Petrovske water main with a diameter of 1000 mm. Consumers were encouraged to provide themselves with the required supply of water.
