The militants in Donbass are preparing for the activation of hostilities for territory expansion. This was announced by Deputy Director of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadim Skibitskiy today at the press conference, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.

"The situation on the temporarily occupied territories remains difficult. In general, the situation is characterized by the following factors: the enemy's preparation for the activation of hostilities in order to expand controlled areas, the implementation of measures to support advanced units to be ready for immediate use in the conditions of harsh environment changes, including due to the secret transfer of enemy units to the line of demarcation," - he said.

V. Skibitsky added that the occupied territory of Donbass continued to undergo military training under the supervision of representatives of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

"In addition, it is also characterized by the accumulation of ammunition, fuel and lubricants and other supplies that are delivered from the Russian Federation," - he said.
